Outdoor Yoga with scenic views and some skilled yoga experts to guide you, nestling in the valleys of Bhandardhara, we welcome all fitness enthusiasts to get into the groove of this yoga fest of a different kind. Here you flex your muscles and mind, and get to unwind yourself with an awesome company of nature and fitness freaks.
We are putting an awesome setup of dim candles light across the campsite in jungle. Watch open starry nights, spectacular views to take your breath away. Sit around the water ponds peacefully as you unwind yourself from the urban manace with Sahyadriking Trekkers.

DATE : 26th DEC/2015

DAY 1 - Reach destination have some hot tea as we allocate your tents. Look around the mersemerising lights and starry night. Engage into spectacular captures of nature and decor through your photography skills. Medidation session will commence prior to bonfire.
Play some guitar, and music around the Bonfire, Shake hands with new people, have your dinner with a goodnight at 10pm

DAY 2 - 6am wake up call. Rush to your daily chores. Get fresh with some morning session of YOGA. Enjoy local flavor of your breakfast added with the warm hospilatity of villagers. Walk around the valley to have a glimpse of the gorge of shadows the Sandhan Valley. Click around and return for your lunch at the camp site. Say goodbye and carry loads of memories along with you.

5.45 – 6.30: Welcome the Sun: Surya Namaskar Sequence
The sun is the source of prana (energy) for everything that exists on the planet Earth. We will get up early in the morning and together practice a beautiful sequence of Surya Namaskar to welcome the sun in the picturesque setting.
Surya Namaskar is a sequence of 12 yoga poses that flow one into the other with rhythmic breathing.
Each of the 12 poses of Surya Namaskar is designed to have a specific benefit on the body.
Add the attitude of gratitude to your Sun Salutation practice with sun salutation mantras. That's when through Surya Namaskar, you can honor not only the Sun but also the whole Nature!

7.30 – 8.30: Yoga in the Nature: Channel your inner animal
When we practice Yoga in the outdoors, we can start to really sense a connection with nature, humanity and the universe. The ancient yogis and gurus were impressed by nature & the strong influence of their surroundings is reflected by the various yoga poses named after animals.
Animal poses can help us to connect with powerful aspects of the soul that we often repress in our busy lives.
Channel your inner animal with a yoga sequence inspired by nature. Learn how each posture and animal has its own wisdom to bestow upon us as we invite ourselves into the essence of each posture, commit to the posture and experience the posture.
8.30 – 9.00: Pranayama & Relaxation
We take breathing for granted. With each breath we absorb not only oxygen, but also Prana. Prana is cosmic energy, the power in the Universe that creates, preserves and changes. It is the basic element of life and consciousness.
Experience various techniques of pranayama to tune with the rhythm of breathing. Observe this process & understand the connection of your breath without feelings, thoughts, body and the way they interact. Ultimately, get some much needed relaxation amidst the green valleys, which will help in the loosening of bodily and mental tension & help you soak in all the energy generated during the yoga asasna & pranayama.
