Get Ready for Monsoon bike ride to Tamhini Ghat........ It is a mountain passage which cuts across the Sahyadri range to join Pune and the Kokan region. Located on the crest of the Sahyadris, it is famous for its natural beauty—with high mountains, green valleys, lakes and waterfalls.

Ghat is a mountain passage, the thick concrete lanes carpeted through roller coaster wildness. Both sides of the road usually furnish with beautiful green and sceneries that make people stop and enjoy. Ghats are Indian roads traveling charm.

Cost: Rs 200/- per head as expertise charges of team & administration charges.

Cost does not include: Breakfast, Lunch, Petrol and Maintenance cost, medical coverage, insurance or any item purchased in between ride… All the cost is based on actual basis in the ride and settled alone.


Tamhini Ghat and its surrounding forests are known for their rich biodiversity. It was declared to be a wildlife sanctuary in January last year. The area is famous for numerous waterfalls during monsoons.

“Apart from animals like wild boars, barking deers and sambars, the place is also teeming with lower mammal species like amphibians. The area is quite important from an ecological perspective. It has a lot of birds, mammals, sacred groves and thus, it has a high biodiversity status
