Grade: Medium.

District: Ahmednagar - Akole Taluka

The fort is accessible from north from Vihir village. Vihir village is located in Mula river basin. The fort is also accessible from another village Phopsandi located in the hills south of the fort on Mandvi river basin. This amazing and remote hill fort is to be climb to see entire Giant Harishchandragad in one view.

There is also a Bhuyar (the narrow tunnel) on the fort opens on the other end to the valley. This tunnel is located near steps around 40-50 ft. One has to craw on knees to enter and at some places you have to squeeze out your body through the rocks. No crossing of two people at a time. It’s completely dark in the midway so carry your torch along with you. Overall this is interesting to see various ranges from this fort.
