About Andharban

                   Andharban is a dark trail of forests where one gets to experience wilderness. It is one such destination that faces maximum footfalls during the monsoons for end number of waterfalls that come enroute. “Andharban”, the word itself means dense dark forest. Andharban is one of the most beautiful trek in Sahyadris. The best time to visit this place is during monsoon or post monsoon. In this trek, you descend for almost 4 hours and you are covered with dense forest and shade. En-route enjoy the waterfalls and awesome view of Kundalika valley. Here, we will be descending from Pune (Ghatmatha) to Konkan. This trek is also famous among nature lovers, shutterbugs for various species of Butterfly and flowers are there

Day 0:        Saturday Night
11:00 pm : Meet the TrekGuru Team at Pritam Hotel, Dadar (East) 
11:15 pm : Departure from Dadar
11.45 pm : Pickup from Sec 17, Vashi (Below the flyover)
12.00 am : Pickup from Hotel 3 Star, Kharghar

Day 1:         Sunday
06:00 am : Breakfast & Freshen up at Base Village
07:00 am : Reach Pimpri dam i.e the start point of our trek
07:30 am : Commencement of the trek after briefing and a short introduction
11:30 pm : Lunch at Hirdi village
12:30 pm : Continue with the trek
03:30 pm : Reach Bhira Dam which is the Endpoint of trek
04:00 pm : Evening Snacks
09:00 pm : Mumbai tentatively

Pune Route :
Pune people can join us at lonavala (Kumar resort).
And return journey drop at khopoli 

Mumbai Route :
Dadar – Vashi _ Kalamboli- Lonavla –Pimpri dam
Return Journey Via Khopoli :
Bhira Dam- Pali – Khopoli – Kalamboli – Vashi – dadar
