We are glad to announce that "Outdoor Adventure Management is organizing a “Trek to Matheran via Garbet Point” on Sunday 14th July 2013 in the Karjat region.

More about the destination:

The name Matheran means "forest on the forehead". Matheran is the smallest & the most beautiful Hill Station in the Raigad district.  It is located around 90 km from Mumbai. Matheran has a reasonably dense forest cover. Matheran was discovered by Hugh Poyntz Malet, the then district collector of Thane district in May 1850. Garbet point is located on South-west side of Matheran with grand view of the plateau.
