Leadership has been described as "a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task".[1] For example, some understand a leader simply as somebody whom people follow, or as somebody who guides or directs others,[citation needed while others define leadership as "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal"

A detailed itinerary for the event :
5:45 am: Report at C. S. T.
6:15 am: Board the local train for Shelu
7:45 am: Reach Shelu and have breakfast( to be carried by participants).
8:15 am: Start Trek
11:00 am: Reach the top, Explore/Teach.
1:00 pm: Lunch(To be carried by participants)( Carry dry food).
2:00 pm: Start descend.
3:30 pm: Enjoy Waterfall.
4:30 pm: Leave for Shelu Station.
6:00 pm: Board the train to C. S. T.
8:00 pm: Reach C. S. T. and return home with fond memories and new friends and wait for the next adventure...

Event fees: Rs. 500/- per participant.

All bookings will be done once the full payment is received.

FEES INCLUDE:
-Transportations from C. S. T. to Shelu and return by train(local).
- First Aid Kit.(* Personal medicines to be carried by the participants)
-Expertise Charges.

FEES EXCLUDES:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
-Any personal expenses.
-items NOT specified in the above in Inclusives.

NO REFUND will be entertained on cancellations.

Things to be carried:
Identity proof(Must)
2 liter of water, (Must)
Towel, a napkin, Extra Pair of clothes
Good trekking shoes, extra pair of socks
Camera (Optional)
Windcheater, Raincoat,
Cap, etc.
Medicine those if you require usually
A haversack to put in all the things to be carried....so that one has ones hands free while trekking. (Please do not carry sling bags or Jholas.)

In case of any injury, sickness, accident, death or any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; The Tern Travellers, it’s instructors, organizers, volunteers or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly, shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of the participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.

Any violation of the above rules will be dealt with seriously, and may involve expulsion from the trek or event, and no refund is admissible in such cases.
Adventure activity is arranged considering normal weather. In case of occurrence of any natural calamities, if event is cancelled, in such circumstances NO REFUND will be provided.

The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.

The Tern Travellers reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice. No arguments will be entertained.
