Trekगुरु is happy to invite you all for the newly explored RIVER RAFTING location at Vaitarna River.
Vaitarna being dam controlled river. Rafting is done in the rapids which are generated by the water released from the dam. Total rafting distance is 11 kms. Which takes approx 2hrs. Vaitarna River is the first rafting river in the Maharashtra who release 24hrs water in the river. This is followed by rafting instructions given by the company and his team of instructors.
05:45 am : Meeting point dadar east (swami narayan temple)
: Departs towards Dapura village from Dadar

08:30 am : Jeep ride to the beautiful start point of Rafting (savarkut village)
: Briefing & safety instructions for Rafting on arrival at the start point
09:00 am : Rafting begins
01:30 pm : Break for Lunch
03:00 pm : Leisure Time (kayaking / 120fit rappelling / flying fox / lake tubing)(borne by participants)
05:00 pm : Proceed back to Mumbai
08.00 pm : Reach Mumbai
Cost of the event would be Rs. 2000/- only.

Do's , Donts & Facts
- You must tell our rafting guide about any significant medical and orthopedic condition history.
Decision to allow to raft or otherwise remains with our rafting guide.
-Minimum age for rafting is 12 year old
-You need not know swimming for Rafting. All the safety gears will be provided by Organizers.
-Wear comfortable clothing; shorts, t-shirt & footwear (flotters) you can get wet in
-Carry a towel, change of clothes, sunscreen & water bottle
-It is cumpolsory for customers to wear helmets & life-jackets provided
-The Rafting trip takes approx 2 hours 30 mins from start to end
-Rapids will range upto grade 3, everyone must paddle & participate this is not a joy ride
-All rafts are guided by an experienced & trained Rafting Guide
-Customers cannot carry your belongings on the raft, please leave them in your car or accomodation

The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.
Please understand this ain’t a picnic, all Trekking and Adventure activities demand fitness. We request you to get a medical fitness check done before you participate in any such events. If suffering from any allergy carry proper medications and inform your trek leaders about it. Also make sure you have a sufficient supply of medication for your trip, building in an allowance for any travel delay.

and Heart diseases that limit physical activity should not go to high altitudes.
