Tattva Adventures is very happy to Organise this free event. Its time to share the love and smile. So we have decided to take 14 lucky people completely sponsored by
us. Yes its a night Trek and an easy one.. By the end of the Trek we will collect money/ kind for a Charity event scheduled on 20th Feb. People can pay whatever they feel like or can opt not to pay that's up to them.

Sondai Fort, Karjat

Grade: Easy
Endurance -Medium
Height: Appx. 1200 ft.

A Very less known small fort near Karjat. The fort with unknown History stands tall near Karjat with a small Temple of Goddess Sondai, atop. There are 2 water cisterns on the way to top of the fort.Two missing steps in the rock makes one to climb a small patch of 15 feet but proper hand holds and foot steps are available and that makes it easy even in monsoon. Overall it's an ideal one day hike for new comers in the trekking field.

It’s a one day trek and we will be travelling by public transport.

Introduction at Karjat
Reach Base Village by 2:30 am ,
Start the trek by 3.00 am.
Reach the plateau by 5.30 am
Campfire & Guitar session
Rest Till 6 :30 Meantime team prepares TEA
Post Breakfast
Ascend top ..Photography
Start Descending by 8:30 am
Reach Base Village by 9 :30 am
Collect Money for Charity
Reach back to Karjat by 11. 00 am
We will be returning to Mumbai by 1-2 pm tentatively.

Things To Be carried:
Identity proof
Torches with extra batteries V.Imp its a night Trek
Wind cheaters / Bedding if needed as we rest for an hour or so it will be cold
Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, Biscuits etc.
Full length pants and full sleeves t shirts to avoid insect and thorns
A bottle of water (atleast 2 Ltrs) Compulsory
Medicines if any
Good trekking shoes, extra pair of floaters.

The event includes
Travelling exp from karjat to base village and back
Tea and Breakfast

No Smoking, tobacco and alcohol
Be a group - its not a race
NO littering please...we are educated :)

Note- Please understand this ain't a picnic, all Trekking and Adventure activities demand fitness.
We request you to get a medical fitness check done before you participate in any such events. If suffering from any allergy carry proper medications and inform your
trek leaders about it. Also make sure you have a sufficient supply of medication for your trip, building in an allowance for any travel delay. Those with Active Chest
and Heart diseases that limit physical activity should not go to high altitudes.

The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.
