Difficulty : Medium (4-5 hrs trek)

Siddhagad is situated in between two know trekking destination Bhimashankar and Gorakhgad, Sidhhagad is known for its wonderful forest and a bit of thrilling patch towards the end. There isn’t much to see on the fort except few remnants. However, the trek as such is very much enjoyable. Here we can see few remnants of the fort that was battled over between British and Maratha army, a Lord Shiva Temple, few broken cannons, few water cisterns etc. From top of Siddhagad, one can see Karnala, Manikgad, Kothaligad, Bhimashankar, Gorakhgad and Machindragad. This place is also known in Indian Freedom movement as two freedom fighters (Bhai Kotwal and Hiraji Patil) were shot dead at this place by British on 2nd Jan 1943.

Reach Uchale @ 3:30 am, Start our Trek @04:00am
Reach Siddhgad Machi
Breakfast @6:00am.
Start Siddhagad Balekilla Ascend @ 7:00am
Reach Siddhagad Top @ 9:00am, Explore The Fort.
Reach Siddhagad Machi @ 12:00pm
Lunch at Siddhagad Machi.
Trek Back till Base.
Start Return Journey towards Mumbai
Reach Dadar @ 08:30pm

Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs, Narcotics and any kind of intoxication, firearms and gambling strictly prohibited.
Please do not litter, we believe in the saying, “When you go to the mountain leave only your footprints and bring back only memories”
The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.
Hiking / Trekking / Rock climbing is an adventurous activity and accidents can happen in spite of taking utmost caution and care.
The club will not be responsible for injury / accident / death to the participant while on trek.
