About Chal Nikal Pade event at Kalsubai:
Kalsubai is the highest peak of the Sahyadri. It is also called the Everest of Maharashtra. At the summit is a small temple of Kalsubai. This being the highest peak, it commands a beautiful view. To the north of the mountain range forts such as Ramsej, Harihargad, Brahmagiri, Anjaneri, Ghargad, Bahula, Tringalwadi, Kavnai can be seen. To the east one can spot Aundha, Vishramgad, Bitangad, to the west Alang, Madangad, Kulang, Ratangad (south west) and to the south Pabhargad, Ghanchakkar, Harishchandragad can be seen.
Locals believe that if a couple desire a child and for some reason the child cannot conceive then they need to make a vow here at the summit temple. Based on their past experience that has been passed down from generations that Mother will bless each couple.

Telephonic confirmation is mandatory, if unable to contact us, then send us a text message. Sleeveless, low neck, figure hugging shirts/tops, short pants, hot pants not allowed. Please avoid wearing Gold and other jewellery. Do not carry handbags/Jolas/sling /plastic bags.

What to wear for this trek?
Cotton t-shirts, full sleeves recommended. Full-length trousers or track pants. Wear dry fit if possible. Dark and dull coloured clothes.

What is the event disclosures on medical conditions and event risk profile?
It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip before enrolling for this event. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital or PHC (Public Health Centre) wherever possible.
