What are the things to carry?
A valid photo address ID - proof. A water bottle with 2 Litres of water – compulsory. Personal dry ration (dry fruits, plum cake), Personal medication and first aid kit. Glucon D (compulsory) powder. Camera (Optional). Carry cash for personal expenses on the way. 3 set of clothes, personal toiletries. Sun cap, sunscreen lotion and buff to cover your neck from sunlight. A light weight rain coat and towel is recommended. A bedsheet too.

What kind of cycle spare do I need to carry?
1 new spare gear cable set each (right gear and left gear).

How to carry my personal belongs?
Please carry your own personal belongings in a daypack on your carrier of your own bicycle.

What to wear for this event?
Wear cycling shorts / track pants and Tshirts for this event. Cycling jersey if possible (as there have reflectors on them). Wear hand gloves (recommended).
Wear a good pair of sturdy sports shoes (Chappals/floaters/sandals are not allowed).

What type of meal/snack if any provided?
Purchase your own snacks at the pit stops that suit your body metabolism.

Who should do this event?
A person who is physically fit and do cycling approx. 50 to 100 at least 3 times a week.

Is prior training required?
It is recommended to start practicing cycling on a regular basis for the event to avoid fatigue and leg cramps

All kinds of meals on route. Insurance, tips, extra bottled mineral water, aerated drinks etc. Any kind of personal expenses. All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like road blocks, bad weather. Cycle or Cycle on rent. Cycle luggage charges during the train journey. Stay in hotel /lodge/Inn is excluded.

Yes, if applicable refund amount will be processed after 10 business days of the event date.

Cancellation Policy:
50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 10 days prior to the event date
No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 10 days. No show No Refund.
In a case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, ChalNikalPade will try its best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

What are the instructions to participants getting their own cycle or rented cycle for this cycle tour?
Recommend to get a geared bicycle for this tour. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the cycle is well serviced and is in good working condition for this tour. One should able to handle /ride the cycle on city roads and national highways roads at ease. Carry a personal helmet too. At-least 3 reflectors on the cycle. (1 in front - 2 at the cycle rear). Cycle tail light and front light mandatory on every cycle.

Will there be any support crew/backup vehicle for this trip?
No support vehicle / support crew.

What happens in case of cycle breakdown?
Repairs if any shall be fixed by highway mechanics including any tyre punctures. Charges to be borne by the participants.

Can the participant back out midway during the tour?
No midway back out during the cycle tour.

What if the participant is unable to complete the cycle tour?
The cost of transportation of cycle back to Mumbai will be borne by the participant.

Can the route or itinerary change?
There might be an alteration in the route as per the situation.

What is an advisory precaution for cycle tour?
Do not carry heavy luggage in your day pack. Do not use abusive language while speaking to people in the group or others using the road. This is a group activity and we shall be moving together at all times. Avoid carrying excessive weight.
