The Kasol-Grahan-Tosh circuit, a perfect start for beginners willing to try an adventurous trek in the Himalayas. The trek offers beautiful walk along the streams, wildflower fields and multiple shades of green amidst dense pine forests of the Parvati valley.
Grahan is pretty hamlet perched up in valley at an altitude around 2350 meter. The village is a peaceful retreat without any of the humdrum of typical city life. The place not known to many.
Further trek to Tosh at altitude of 2400 meter a village located at far end of Parvati valley. The village has magnificent view of snow-capped Himalayan peaks. 
To ensure exclusivity of the trek & tour we limit the group of 10 participants only.
Day 0 -
Our coordinator will meet you at Delhi. Will leave to Majnu Ka Tila / RK Ashram Bagh Metro Station to catch Volvo Bus to Kasol.
Day 01 -
Kasol – Manikaran/Challal
Upon reaching Kasol, check-in at Hostel. It’s just 5 minutes away from the city centre, offers a serene mountain view, comfortable rooms and various local experiences. After settling down, one can walk down to Kasol village for grabbing delicious Israeli or local food. WE can go for a fun day out which would include a river walk, a trip to the charming village of Challal and the Manikaran gurudwara tour. Once back, one can enjoy with the bonfire or can make themselves comfortable in the cosy rooms. One can register for Jungle walk (timing: 10 PM – 12 midnight) after dinner.

Day 02 - 
Kasol – Grahan
Post breakfast around 9 AM, gear up for Grahan trek (around 10 KM from Kasol). Our experienced local trek guide awaits will lead the trek. Trail to Grahan runs parallel to the riverside, is one of the most beautiful short treks of the Parvati valley. One will always remember mesmerising sights while traversing through dense pine forests, hidden waterfalls and lush green paddy fields, all while being privy to surreal views of the lower Himalayas. Post reaching Grahan and pitching the tents, one can visit the waterfall, local temple or the village. A delicious vegetarian dinner (around the bonfire) sums up the day for a peaceful night under the twinkling sky.

Day 03 - 
Grahan – Tosh
After breakfast, at around 9.30 am we will head to Tosh. A short trek to the picturesque village of Tosh will be accompanied by splendid views of the Parvati valley and multiple photo opportunities. Upon crossing an old wooden bridge, one enters the Tosh town. A marvelous place, full of charming cottages and cafes, Tosh will keep you fascinate for the whole day. Spend night at local home stay.

Day 04 -
Tosh – Kasol
What can be a better morning than waking up in the last village of the Parvati valley? Located at one extreme edge and an altitude of approximately 7900 feet, Tosh is truly blessed with nature’s abundance. Post the breakfast, one can choose to laze around in the comfortable homestay, visit the local village or the nearby waterfall. Later, check out from Tosh around 11 AM to reach back to Kasol.
The trip ends here. You have the whole day to explore Kasol’s local markets and surrounding areas before the bus leaves for Delhi at around 7 pm.

♦ The return tickets from Delhi - preferably book the flight/ train departing after 3:00 pm from Delhi.
♦ Participant expect to carry your personal luggage on your own.
♦ Cost exclude due to extension/ change of the itinerary because of natural Calamities, road blocks, vehicle breakdown etc. factors beyond our control.
Even though participants do not need to submit any health certificates those with a history of medical problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, should consult a doctor before deciding to undertake the trip.
Carry appropriate substitution drugs for individuals allergic to any of above
Avoid medication such as sleeping tablets, sedatives, strong painkillers, and anti histamines which depress the respiration and increase the risk of (AMS - Active Mountain Sickness) especially while sleeping
Book in advance: 
Booking in advance will not only give you enough time for preparation but also gives you options to choose the departure dates according to your time availability. It will also help you in cost cutting while purchasing your flight tickets. We advise you to book your international or domestic Air flight tickets well in advance

1) Power board to charge multiple gadgets is a must as most lodging and boarding places have only one plug point.(must have)
2) Three meter nylon rope proves to be very handy as it can be used to dry clothes and to tie things along the way.(optional)
3) Box of candles along with a lighter is a safe carry along choice as the lights tend to go out rather often in the Himalayas. (must have)
4) Ten garbage bags to carry dirty clothes while travelling is good to have. These also help to junk the trash and keep the natural setting clean and green.(must have)
5) A small knife while on the road is a safety measure that is advised.(optional)
6) 10,000mah power bank. (Must have)

By registering or joining any of the program organised by Travel Buffs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood & agreed to the following terms & conditions.

Ø Polluting trek route/ camp site is strictly prohibited. Strictly no littering throughout the event/ trek.
Ø You acknowledge that the photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purpose. You consent to let organisers photograph you and let them to use for publicity purpose & also consent to allow organisers to use the photograph clicked by you for publicity purpose.
Ø There is possibility of injury during activities & programs and you are aware that outdoor activities bears inborn risk of personal injury.
Ø You are joining an outdoor activity where any incident/ Natural calamity may happen & you agree that organiser shall not be held responsible for the any accident, mishap (including death) caused by any circumstances (artificial or natural).
Ø During emergency situation, your consent to any medical treatment recommended by a qualified medical practitioner (this could include inoculations, blood transfusions, surgery or the use of anaesthetic). Read *Medical Disclaimer*
Ø You realise a certain level of acceptable behaviour is mandatory to participate in outdoor programmes/ treks and that you may excluded from programmes/ treks if this level is not maintained. You acknowledge event leaders right to expel you from the group if you does not follow instruction of the leader/ misbehave. Further you consent once you are expelled from the group; organisers & leaders does not owe any kind of liability towards you.
Ø Minors aged between 14 to 16 years may accompany with their adult family members, in such case the companion family member's declaration in writing for accepting full responsibility towards them is must, along with consent in writing from their parents; submitted to Travel Buffs.
Minors aged between 16 to 18 years can join the event with their parents' consent in writing submitted to Travel Buffs.
Ø Travel Buffs have all authority to make any changes/ cancel the events/ programmes and final Decision.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your trek/ event, an email intimation needs to be sent to "[email protected]". Cancellation requests are not taken over phone. However, you can phone to check whether your cancellation has been processed.
The cancellation charges as follows:
Up to 60 days: 75% of the trek cost will be refund.
Between 59 to 45 days: 50% of the trek cost will be refund.
Between 44 to 30 days: 25% of the trek cost will be refund.
Less than 29 days: no refund.

It is mandatory that you visit your personal physician before enrolling for the trip if you suffer from any illness of any kind and disclose the same and your medical history to the organizers of the trip so that best possible arrangements can be carried out post approval. As organizers of the trip, we will be responsible for providing basic first aid throughout the trip. In case of unexpected mishaps or accidents, we will arrange for the injured patron to be taken to the nearest medical hospital wherever possible. The medical expenses will have to be borne by the patrons themselves.
