Some Info about the place:
Prabalmachi (15kms from Panvel) - a tribal hamlet situated on a plateau nestled amongst the mountains is an ideal trekking spot for amateur trekkers. It offers serene views of the Matheran mountain range, Kalavantini Pinnacle, Karnala and Prabalgad fort. Prabalmachi during the winter season is a very good location for outdoor Yoga and trail walks. Combined with delicious local food and company of friends, this outing is the perfect weekend you always yearned for.

Activities: Yoga, Trekking, Trail walking.
2] Yoga & Trekking are healthy activities. So any unhealthy habit like Smoking is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco and drugs is also banned.
3] Care should be taken so as not to harm the natural surroundings including trees, plants (esp. Flowers), insects, reptiles and animals in any manner whatsoever.
4] Learn to detach yourself from the city life and be one with Nature. Don't disturb the peaceful environment of the hills by making unnecessary noises, shouting or playing loud music. Remember you are here to discover Your True Self - Listen To Your HeartBeat ♥ :)
5] Defacing/damaging historical monuments/temples/caves and indulging in Graffiti is strongly discouraged.
6] Respect the local culture and villagers. They are kind and helpful.
7] Follow instructions from Team Leader from time to time.

Assembly: At Panvel Railway Station @ 4:00 PM sharp on Saturday, 15th December 2018.
(Recommended local train timetable will be shared upon completing registration)
1615 hrs: Meet our team and Start journey for Thakurwadi village by private vehicle.
1700 hrs: Start Evening Trek to Prabalmachi. Witness Sunset en route.
1830 hrs: Reach Prabalmachi. Relax and enjoy a cup of tea.
1930 hrs: Simple, healthy and tasty Dinner awaits you.
2030 hrs: Go out for a short night walk around the plateau.
2200 hrs: Day ends with a short Meditation session.
Sunday, 16th December 2018
0500 hrs: Wake up with a short Meditation Session.
0600 hrs: Yoga Session in nature’s lap.
0830 hrs: Bid adieu to Prabalmachi and start descend trek to Thakurwadi.
1000 hrs: Resume journey for Panvel Railway Station.
Take the next available local train for Mumbai.
Things you should carry (COMPULSORY):
In order to have an enjoyable time in the outdoors, one needs to be well equipped with the following things:
2] Rucksack (~40L) (preferably with rain-cover).
4] TORCH / HEADLAMP with extra batteries.
5] SLEEPING BAG OR Shawl.
6] Personal Water Bottle (at least 2 litres, Prefer metal bottles over plastic ones)
7] Light SNACKS like biscuits, energy bars, candies, dry fruits & nuts, ORS, some juicy fruits as per your liking.
8] Wear Clothing which allows flexibility
9] SWEATER/JACKET and Buff/Scarf
10] CAP / HAT, SUNGLASSES, SUNSCREEN LOTION.
11] Extra pair of clothes, a lightweight towel, and flip-flops.
12] Small garbage bag to dump wrappers, tissues etc.
13] Dry bag to store your used clothes & Shoes.
Small Knife, Whistle, Matchbox, Candle, Diary & pen.

Travel from Panvel to Thakurwadi and vice versa in private vehicle.

Any outdoor activity is physically demanding should NOT be confused with picnic. Do not expect home like comforts in the hilly terrain.
It is important to be in good health and to have a basic level of physical fitness to ensure a happy time during the event. Consult your doctor before joining the event if you’re suffering from any ailment/injury.
It is important for all participants to abide by the instructions of the team leader from time to time. Any violation of Event Rules or misbehaviour will be dealt with strictly and the participant will be expelled from the group immediately without any refund. The time schedule for the event has to be followed strictly by every participant so as to have a timely and safe execution of the event.
Avoid Jeans/Belts/Sling bags as it is important to walk freely in the outdoors. Shorts, 3/4ths and Sleeveless tops are strictly NOT allowed.
Avoid bringing costly gadgets/devices and valuables like jewellery etc. Carry only sufficient cash.
Try to keep the weight of your bag as less as possible.
Wrap your belongings in dry bags to protect them from dust and/or rains.
Lastly, leave a brief note about this plan at home.
