Participants have to board their bus from R K Ashram Marg, New Delhi at 5:00 pm. Make sure your train/flight arrives in Delhi before 1:00 pm so there is enough buffer time to board your bus. Meals are not covered during bus travel.


Morning you are expected to reach Patlikuhal around 7:30 am. From Patlikuhal we will take you to our winter base camp in Rumsu village. Today we will go for an acclimatization walk for two high altitude villages, Rumsu and Pulag. Overnight at Rumsu base camp.


 After morning breakfast we will start our trek to Pulag. Pulag is another high altitude village and takes around two hours to reach. We will then descend back to Rumsu base camp for lunch. Post lunch we will start our trek to Naggar which is famous for its historical monuments and museums like Roerich Art Gallery and Naggar Castle. By evening 5 PM we will start our trek back to Rumsu.


Sterling, is a dark green meadow amidst dense Himalayan forest, with gentle snow slopes where participants can enjoy lot of snow activities. The trek to Sterling is a steep climb and takes around two to three hours to reach. After lunch we will descend to Rumsu base camp. Bonfire in the night.


 We will leave base camp around 9 AM in morning for Manali. Participants can explore Manali for rest of the day, shop souvenirs. Board bus for Delhi at 5 PM .


 Reach Delhi by 7 AM provide there is no delay. Keep 3 to 4 hours of buffer time for onward journey.

•             Steel Plate, Mug, and rucksack can be issued at the base camp for no extra cost.

•             Rucksacks will be provided for all the events. Capacity: 60-65 Litres with backpack cover.

•             Extra Luggage facility will be provided for all the events at Rumsu base camp

Instruction for participants:

•               Separate stays for male and female.

•               Smoking and drinking are very strictly prohibited.

•               Buying drugs or any illegal material is offence if any participant will found to be detained and  handed over to government authority immediately

•               Instructions from Guide/Leader/Camp leader should be strictly followed

•               Participants have to keep the Camp site area/Rooms/Tents neat and clean.

•               Participants not allowed to leave the Camp site without any permission from the Camp Leader

•               For participants it’s mandatory to bring any Original Identity Proof

                (PAN card, Aadhar Card, Driving license, Voters Identity card)


Note: Participants need to bring the medical certificate from a certified doctor for any respiratory disease and    blood pressure  (Form will be share by us at time of registration)

If for any reason one wishes to cancel his/her trek, an email intimation needs to be sent to Cancellation requests will not be taken over a phone call. However, one can phone to check whether the cancellation has been processed.


The cancellation charges are as under:

•        Cancellation before 14 days - Rs 1000 + (Bus cancellation charges)

•        Cancellation within 14 days – NO REFUND


Note: All cancellation refunds will be processed back to the bank account or the credit card account from which the trek fee has been paid. A processing charge of 2% of the trek fee will be applicable on all refunds.

Alcohol, drugs or narcotics, firearms and gambling on the Trek, smoking, entry to the area set aside for use by the opposite sex, offensive behavior which may lead to expulsion from the Trek

It is most essential to be fit and fine before heading for tour. While planning your trip, it is preferable to have a medical fitness check up done. If suffering from any kind of allergy or ailment, do carry proper prescribed medicines to prevent serious health problem including heatstroke, sever headache, cough, dehydration and hypothermia. Participants suffering from chronic conditions like asthma, bronchitis, blood pressure, migraine, diabetes etc. should seek their physician’s advice before coming.

4) This Trek is not a leisure trip so one needs to be prepare themselves accordingly.
