Rafting and white water rafting are recreational outdoor activities which use an inflatable raft to navigate a river or other body of water. This is often done on whitewater or different degrees of rough water.
River Rafting on Kundalika, Kolad started a few years ago and now a year round activity (Only rafting facility in India to be operational all round the year). White Water Rafting in Kundalika, Kolad is controlled by the release of the Dam on the Kundalika River. Grade II and Grade III rapids (Higher the Grade, higher the level of difficulty).
Water Rafting. We run the rafts in fast flowing water currents for almost 12 Kms downstream.
The Kundalika river flowing through the rugged terrain of the forested hills Farms and Irrigated Fields offers a fortunate opportunity to enjoy a rafting tour for beginners. The Kundalika river offers calm stretches for relaxed floating in beautiful surroundings and an ecologically breathtaking journey, along with refreshing splashes of water and great fun in rapids.
So get out of your comfort zone and get ready to conquer kundalikas ups and downs..
00:00 am – Pickup from Charni Road station
00:30 am – Pick up from Dadar
03:00 am – Reaching village Pali
(Here you will have 2 options. 1- to rest in the vehicle till morning & 2 - To do small night trek to Sarasgad)
03:15 am – Trek to Sarasgad starts (Optional)
05:00 am – Reaching top and exploring the fort
06:00 am – Descend starts
07:00 am – Reaching base village & having Breakfast
07:30 am – Visiting Ballaeshwar Temple
09:00 am – Reaching starting point of river rafting, Introduction and Basic Instruction for Rafting and Start Rafting Session
12:00 pm – End of rafting session
13:00 pm - Lunch
14:30 am – Return journey starts
18:00 pm – Reaching Mumbai

Safety is taken care with Life Jackets & Helmets. Participants will be accompanied by Expert guides
In case the Rafting is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances which is a rare chance, then Rafting Charges would be refunded to the Participants from the total Fees and participant will have to bear the Food & Travelling Costs.
Minimum 10 paying participants required for this event.
Wear comfortable clothing like shorts, t-shirt and footwear.
Avoid wearing loose clothing for safety and convenience.
Carry your regular medicine and a first-aid kit for an emergency.
If wearing spectacles, have them supported by a strap around your neck.

2 - A haversack, Extra Pair of clothes, Good trekking shoes, Towel, suns cream
3 - 2 ltr Water Bottle.
4 - Personal medicines if any needed.
5 – Good quality torch (Mobile torch should be avoided)
