BAAN Hikers have organized an One-day trek to Mrugagad on 17th June, 2012

The fort Mrugagad is situated on the Khopoli Pali Road near Jambhulpada. The local people know the fort as Bhelivcha killa named after its base village is Bheliv.

05:41 Hrs: CST

05:49 Hrs: Byculla

05:58 Hrs: Dadar

06:09 Hrs: Kurla

06:15 Hrs: Ghatkopar

06:35 Hrs: Thane

06:57 Hrs: Dombivali

07:07 Hrs: Kalyan

08:06 Hrs: karjat

then from Karjat - Khopli local

08:15 Hrs: Karjat

08:40 Hrs: Khopoli

(Pls note: Keep a 5 mins buffer time due to recent changes in schedule)

Meeting point khopoli station 8.40 am;
Breakfast & Proceed to Mruggad by tumtum 9.30 am;
Reach to base at 11.00 pm;

Reach atop at 12.30pm;
Explore Fort till 1.00 pm;
Rest & Lunch till 2.00 pm;
start getting down  
Then proceed to khopoli 4.00pm;
Reach khopoli at aprx 5.00 pm;
Then arrival at Thane station aprx.7.00 pm;
Then arrival at Dadar station aprx.8.00 pm;

Shoulder sack
Atleast 1.5 ltr. Water
Personal medicines (if any)
Cap, Shoes
Torch
Camera (optional)
Wind cheater

Cost of trek would be 300/- per head which include
